Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you. If you need to reduce your treatment time, reschedule or cancel your appointment, you are required to provide 24-48 hours cancellation notice.
For couples or group bookings 48-72 hours notice is required for cancellation or change of appointment time.
Often we have clients waiting for a cancellation to reserve a appointment, an understanding of early appointment change is much appreciated.
Credit Card details may be asked for selected appointments. Should you not arrive for your appointment on time, this may reduce or cut short your treatment service & time, to allow following clients their full treatment service.
A cancellation fee maybe applied for short notice of cancellation on selected service appointments, also 50% charge on any gift vouchers.
